Not too tight but firmly on. Concentrate on your footwork its the key to everything technique wise. Dont skip your endurance training, and dont be discouraged by people who are better than you when you start. Practice your footwork spend as much time learning how to block as you do practicing combinations, and drum it in to yourself to keep your chin down hands up and arms tucked in
You want a comfortable fit for the wraps, not too tight and not too loose.
Do your road work, endurance is half the battle.
Never skip out on road work and bag work. Endurance is key
If you see triple, hit the one in the middle.
Hi, i am a beginner in boxing, i technically didn't even start yet, and i wanted to know if it is good for the hand wraps to be on more tightly. Because i don't know which way is preferred . And is there anything i should know before boxing?
