If he fights Golovkin at 154 or better yet for his MW title, like an even match or Floyd might be a slight underdog. Then we could talk about a possible GOAT status. The likes of Henry Armstrong, Ray Robinson, Ali took the risks to prove their worth and Golovkin is the biggest risk to Floyd
