well seeing as how pacquiao has made a career out of draining or bloating fighters who face him for a tailor made advantage, alongside blatant refusals for drug testing which badly damage boxings image, pathetic refusal to take responsibility for his own career by claiming all matchmaking is "down to his promoter", which is a blatant way of avoiding mayweather all these years,
And now he's chosen a limited skilled lightweight coming off a loss as his next fight, and staging it in a communist dump that had until recently completely banned pro boxing, which is just the tip of the iceberg compared to the rest of chinas shocking policies and human rights breeches, yet pacroid admits that the only reason it's being held there is for tax reasons...meaning not only can they work with the dumbass corporate Chinese buisnessmen who got rich by exploiting their own countrymen in dire poverty, but also so pacquiao can make MORE money rather than rightfully pay a percentage back to the country that made him and allowed him to become a millionaire in the first place.

Pacman didn't refuse a drug test. He said he would take one directly after the fight. This would make zero difference to any possible result. If he is positive before, he will still be positive after 12 rounds. It's such a ridiculous sticking point.
