The people the Klitschko's are punching are over rated, Wlad and Vitali are the best heavyweights in the weight division's worst historical era, so it will be difficult to compare them to histories all time greats, The fact that they are European doesn't help their cause, the last good European champ KOed Vitali, and given Wlad's chin, odds are good Lennox Lewis would have KOed Wlad a lot easier than he KOed Vitali. Take into account Lennox Lewis's chin wasn't granite and you have a measure as to the reality of the Klitschko's power. Tyson didn't hit as hard as Earnie Shavers or George Foreman, so clearly the Klitschko's aren't in that type of company.
Off the top of my head, a list of histories hardest hitting heavyweights reads like this:

Lennox Lewis, Riddick Bowe, Floyd Patterson, Evander Holyfield and the Kilitschko's don't come close to the top ten historical hardest punchers. When you consider that Muhammad Ali KOed three of histories hardest punching heavyweights of all time, and Ali is considered a light puncher, it really adds perspective to just exactly how "greatness" is quantified, but that is another question.
As Bilaboxing stated they don't compare to his list but there power isn't overrated because they aren't regarded in the same class as Shavers, Liston, Foreman,Tyson and Louis
Klitschkos have a combined record of 104 wins, 92 KOs. That means that their combined KO percentage is 88.4%. Their power is definately NOT overrated. Foreman's KO % was 84%.
