Its good training routine but use lighter weights..weight are good for building strength but also makes you slow like MMA fighters.Not just punching Movements also so better stay away from heavy weights.they are not for boxers.Good boxers need to slick and fast,Punching power comes from right technique.I recommend Calisthenics and lot of cardio for boxers.i think weights are just like a shortcut for building strength for boxing but it doesn't work...
Deadlifts for boxing?
No. Weights for boxing isn't all that good. Makes you tight. Maybe light weights are okay from time to time but heavy weights... No
