No, I don't think he got robbed. Broner landed the better shots and deserved to get the decision. I thought the last judge's score was a little too wide of a margin, but it wasn't any worse of a card than the judge that had Paulie winning.
Even though he won, I didn't think it was a great performance from Broner. It was a very lackluster, disinterested performance and it is very difficult to tell from that performance how he will do against tougher competition.
I had it scored teh same as the last judge...
Paulie threw more, that's it.
Broner landed more, threw harder, was the aggressor, and his punches literally moved Paulie around the ring. Paulie slaps and barely lands, and when he does land it's insignificant.
After the fourth round the fight was all Broner. Paulie would slap at him and miss, then get countered w/ something heavy.
I don't give credit to people who miss weak punches and then get smacked w/ real shots in return.
I agree about the last judge but Broner won...power... This is professional boxing. And at the end Broner threw comparably.Broner won... Clearly
Could have been a draw
I don't think Broner won that fight, Paulie I felt was busier and landed more shots. I personally don't even think Broner looked that impressive. Does any one else feel the fight should have gone into Paulies favor? I really think he got robbed. That last judge was really ridiculous.
