Listen boy, I've met various professionals like amir khan best in Britain, basically boxing revolves around 6 things, agility, speed, stamina, guts, strength and self discipline, in the strength category you don't need to get bigger but leaner, bigger makes you slower and more vulnerable to those quick dirty jabs, just stay healthy and do plenty of forearm, tricep, bicep, shoulder, back, calf, hamstring and jump cardio excercises like jump rope or treadmill, but don't drink protein shake eat the protein you need balanced with others like fat fibre and all the rest...
Go to a gym and do bench press, shoulder press and push downs or dips. This will make you have a stronger punch as they incorporate your push muscles
Eat more of the right foods and mayb protein shakes
its not on how big u are its on how good u are as a boxer,mma fighter etc.
