boxers like sugar ray leonard can beat him, punchers like duran too
but after castillo who happened to be a swarmer...he never fought a swarmer again, specially if the swarmer has a high KO rating...cuz his so called great defense cannot stand against flurries that can hurt, his shoulder roll aint desingned to roll against volume of punches coming from the speedy hands of a swarmer, specially if he's against the ropes... yea, he can only roll w/ the punches as long as he's able to see it...but if it's blinding like castillo's flurries, aw man... imagine if castillo can punch harder???? imagine if castillo is a southpaw....hahahahaaa
No one in this generation has anything but a punchers chance at beating him. In the past it's possible. There were actually skilled boxers back then unlike today.
I think Sugar Ray Leonard could beat him. I also think Mayweather could beat him but Leonard was a skilled boxers unlike the "boxers" of today.
Sugar Ray Robinson could beat him.
Whoever thinks Chavez Sr. would beat him hasn't learned yet.
If when mayweather moved to 140lbs in 2004 he had faced Kostya Tszyu it would be one of the toughest fights in his career. If there is one person who could have beat him in the last ten years its Tzsyu not Pacman. Fight really should ave happened
Roberto Duran, Leonard, Whitaker, Chavez sr
Sugar ray Robinson, Henry Armstrong, Sam Langford
no fighter alive today can beat mayweather at his best. the only two fighters of the past 20 years who i think can have a good chance at beating him is a tito trinidad or ray leonard
floyd's cool but Roy jones jr in his prime would've ran threw him floyd would've been having a seizure by the first round if he wanted to but roy would most likely toy with him and let him live, he was way out of floyd's league tho but floyd wouldn't have even fought him if you gave him 3 billion dollars to, he wouldn't even look roy jones way honestly. you wouldn't have even known who floyd was if they were in the same era and weight class... but anyway Sugar ray Robinson.. sugar ray Leonard.. Henry Armstrong, Sam Langford Roberto Duran, Whitaker, Manny at one point, even if floyd beat manny floyd would've had some brain damage and would've went to the hospital which is why he said he's not scared of manny he's smart and its not worth forgeting your kids name.. shane mosley in his prime ... oscar in his prime... Sergio martinez in his prime... most likely miguel cotto in his prime too if he would have fought cotto a few years earlier cuz cotto was a little past his prime and still gave floyd problems.. which is why he waited until some of those guys to get past their prime until he fought them he's scared of brain damage. probably alot more fighters in the past could've beat him but i know they probably wont listen cuz his fans thinks he can shoulder roll God lol
The pacquaio that beat de la Hoya and knocked out ricky hatton could.
Do you think there are any fighters (past or present) that could beat Floyd Mayweather Jr? If yes, who?
