Andre Ward is a fighter that relies on his speed and Roy Jones Jr. would take that away since he's faster sort of like rabbit depending totally speed to escape predators but being chased by a cheetah ,the rabbit would be practically helpless.
Andre Wards has better skills and fundamentals than Roy Jones ,but once again Andre Ward would not be able to execute those skills because his Wards skills and fundementals would be trumped by the superior speed of Roy Jones Jr. , speed kills.
Andre Ward is a great boxer but at his peak Roy Jones Jr. may of been the most talented and greatest boxer to ever live.
Roy Jones Jr. was superior to Andre Ward in every comparable aspect, Ward would have had no real chance against Jones.

- Ward beats Jones in the footwork and defence aspects.
All in all, Jones by either 8 - 11 round stoppage, or 113 - 115 or 112 - 116 close decision.
Ohhh dun wouldn't that be a fight...damn...I mean I'm a massive fan of Ward and have him up there with the best to do it ever but like the others said RJ has got that speed and power...I think it would definitely go to a decision, maybe even split but in his prime, RJ was king...I'll go for him.
