You should be doing cardiovascular those days. Distance Running and sprinting also floor exercises push ups sit ups pull ups. You should add this to your regime and be consistent with it.

You should do some jogging/running. You need tremendous cardio to box and running helps so much.

jump rope and jog for stamina spar to improve your reflexes and speed bag for faster punches

A lot of running and jumping it will help you get on shape for your fight.

I train Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the Boxing gym (sparring, pads, heavy bag).

what should I do Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays?.
