I've recently put on weight and I was wondering if ill still be able to get fit for sparring. Any drills you know that will help would be greatly appreciated. Please don't say lose some weight cos I have more power now and my jeans don't fall half way down my legs lol. I've seen fighters who put on weight like james toney n even tho his fitness wasn't great, he was still able to fight well for the first few rounds. Mike tyson is another fighter who wasn't exactly slim, but he went on to win a world title
