It comes from inside its your spirit and your will to fight and train and never give up if you have a true passion for the sport then that's your "animal instinct" you cant just get it you either have it or you dont.
If you are asking then you don't have it! Its not open for discussion. Plus you are not cruiser at 205 in boxing that's heavywieght in boxing. Hey don't be a fighter be a dad with brains! In the long run its not worth the headaches pain and memory loss. Killer instinct is not taught its natural and unstoppable. It just comes out with no control. If you are hearing your trainers tell you about it then you don't have it. If you don't then you should not be boxing. Sorry but that's the honest truth. Killer instinct has to be shut down not turned up. Get out of boxing and good luck with something else.

For me, I just plain and simple liked to box. I liked putting my offence up against my opponents defence and vise versa. I like comparing my stratagy to my opponents. I just simply liked being in the squared circle, and that gave me my will to fight.
Something must have to you when you were. That separated you from the other kids. It pushes you to correct that and never let it happen again. Its your motivation to be the best
