I would pay big money to see this fight. Evander did beat two guys in his career that built like Rocky Marciano, short, stocky, strong, can punch. Dwight Braxton and Mike Tyson. The 1st Qawi fight was a war with Qawi hit Evander with everything possible and yet Evander took it well and went on to win a 15 rounds UD. Evander doesn't have big KO power, usually he finish opponents with volume of punches. Both men have good chin and are busy throwing a high volume of punches, both have good stamina. Evander will have an edge in height and reach so he will probably outpoint Rocky in the early rounds like Jersey Joe Walcott did but 15 rounds is a long bout and eventually Rocky will land his Suzie Q. The question is can Evander Holyfield take that punch. If he can then he will go on and win by unanimous decision like he did against Qawi. I watched that fight between Evander and Qawi and Evander show a lot of heart, he survived Qawi onslaughts but he was hurt on several occasions. Evander has alot of heart but his chin is limited. If a middleweight by the name of James Toney can TKO him, I don't think he can beat the count when hit with the Suzie Q. Rocky by 13th round KO.
My money would be on Evander Holyfield.
Those two guys had amazing heart and will which is why I′m pretty sure it would be one hell of a boxing match. It would definitely have the potential to be one of the greatest thrillers in boxing history!
But I simply think Holyfield is the more complete boxer, at all the fighter with the better skillset.
He was an outstanding counter puncher with good explosiveness while Marciano had this incredible power for his pretty small size but on the other hand "The Brockton Blockbuster" really lacked at technique and speed which is something I think Holyfield would exploit by using his vicious short hooks to Marcianos head at a given time.
Whatever... My choice for your great fantasy match up: TKO win for "The Real Deal" during the later rounds.

For of the great Rocky's strength, stamina and incredible punching power, I'd still go with Evander because he's bigger, faster and has way superior skills.
