I have never worked there--If I remember it is one of those places that has lots of different sauces. It would seem that the big deal is getting people's order right--what kind of wings, what kind of sauce, and, how many of each that people want. It is always a good idea to get the drink order first so people can think about that, and inform them of specials--again if I remember isn't that one of those places that has a night where wings are super cheap? People want to understand what the special is--these places always change them, and they will take it out on the server, but if you are clear about what the specials are (and are not), then they will understand. Just smile and remember the customer is right even when (s)he is wrong. Don't be afraid to get your manager if you have an unruly customer. That is his/her job, not yours.
So I just got the job at Buffalo Wild Wings and I'm excited, but at the the same time nervous because I'm serving again. My last serving job was Applebee's and I got fired because of a personal situation. But anyways I left just as soon as I was getting the hang of waitressing. what are some tips for serving as a beginner? And to anybody that has ever worked at Buffalo Wild Wings before feel free to tell me about your expierence working there. Would you make good tips? Would you recommend anyone else working there? Please give me your opinion and your tips(:
