I had the same problem! I'm on an allstar cheer team and I'm center flyer! And no! try to practicing balancing on cans to get the feel of people lifting you! Keep stretching and you should be fine!:) don't stress, do your best!
you might forget in just a short while but once you fly again i think you'll be reminded of how flying's like. Just do some jump twists and stretches at home and you'll be fine. =)

I'm not cheering for a year and my fear is forgetting how to fly. Will I forget in a year ? Like will I forget how to twist cradle, one man, libs???
