Chef Ramsay owned a sting of "eateries" in the UK before venturing abroad. Many of them either went bankrupt and were closed or were in money problems. He is well know to be an unpleasant and abusive man about his/a kitchen, plenty of video evidence in shows in the UK and he is a source of constant stories in the press most of then bad. He has recently opened a "Pie and Mash" shop with one David Beckham of footballing fame.
He's just got anger problem which he exaggerates for ratings. He even acts nastily off camera when he's not cooking. (Very rude to make up artists etc.) This whole 'angry chef' thing seems to have been trendy for a while now.
He wants to make money. To do that you need good ratings and people watch his show to see him flip out.
So that's why.
