I think Uchiyama beats the other titleholders especially if the bouts would be held in Japan.
Firstly, Miura doesn't hold both the WBA and WBC titles. Those are two different Takashis, Miura holds the WBA title whereas Uchiyama holds the WBC title.
Secondly, how is Mikey a hypejob? In his first title fight earlier this year, he defeated number one rated featherweight Salido. In his next fight, he stopped former two division champ Lopez and he closed out the year by claiming a second title against Martinez at super featherweight. Up next for him is a defense against WBO number one rated challenger Burgos.
I also find it baffling that you'd rank Rances number one in the division given the fact that he was handed a gift decision just a couple of fights ago.
As far as Miura, he poses solid power, but his skills aren't elite. He was forced to dig deep in a war against a limited come forward brawler in Thompson earlier this year.
Uchiyama deserves to be rated the number one guy in the division as of now because he has the most title fights there. However, that doesn't necessarily make him the best pound for pound. His two best wins over Salgado and Miura are solid, but don't really stand out as anything spectacular. I wouldn't rank them above Mikey's more dominant wins over Salido and Lopez anyway. And between the two fighters, I see Mikey testing himself against higher profile opponents in the coming years. Uchiyama hasn't ventured outside of Japan as of yet, which will limit his selection of opponents. And despite only having twenty something fights as a pro, he's 34 years old and may not have many more years left in the sport. He was dropped hard in his last fight against a mid level contender, which could be a sign of decline. I'm still not completely sold on Mikey being a future pound for pound star either, as there are still questions about how he'll handle adversity. There are times when he seems to lack a hunger for the sport, like his brother Robert, who admitted he never really enjoyed boxing despite being a champ.
I see your point about Miura having the more respected belts. However, belts don't mean nearly as much as they used to. I don't think Mikey Garcia will be fighting at 130 much longer. Unless the others move up, it's not likely he will face them.
Currently, I think Garcia is the best at 130 and would beat both Miura and Barthelemly. I'm not sure why you never mentioned Takashi Uchiyama, who is also one of the best at 130. But I think Garcia beats him too.
Mikey is legit, by far the best IMO (although he's gone from that division now).
Edit: How is Mikey overrated? He's got better wins than everyone you mentioned, and you should've had Uchiyama on here, who also doesn't have the wins that Mikey does.
I know Garcia hasn't been at 130lb long enough, BUT he's more talented than all of these guys and it's not even close.
Mikey a hypejob? MIKEY is one of the future top p4p guys.
You don't know anything about boxing because Mikey is the best in his division.
You have 3 major champions.
1. Mikey Garcia holds the WBO. He's 5'7'', 68'' reach.
2. Takashi Miura holds the WBC & WBA. He's 5'7'', 70'' reach.
3. Rances Barthelemly holds the IBF. He's 5'11'' 73'' reach.
The most prestigious champion is Takashi, he has the 2 best belts in the division and he has more title defenses than the other 2.
But i think Rances is the best in the division. He has the least pro experience but the best amateur experience, and he's HUGE! He has also looked impressive in recent bouts.
I think Mikey is another hypejob
