Danny Garcia deserves a shot. I believe Floyd would dominate but it's not about that. It's about the fact that as an underdog against the guy who was suppose to knock him out, Garcia dominated. WHoever wants Golovkin just wants Mayweather to lose. He is a Middleweight and even if he wasn't, has done nothing to earn a shot.
Mayweather runs around the ring like a chicken. His last ko was years ago and the last 4-5 guys he has boxed are much better pure boxers. If they can find someone that will keep up with his movements and move around the same as he does, it might pose a risk. I think thats why Mayweather has never taken a Manny Paq fight. Manny moves around as well. Mayweather is too elusive to hit cleanly. If someone can manage to corner him i think he would be in real trouble..His fighting style will almost guarantee he will not be named one of the best of all time. Undefeated or not they still dont talk about him like they do Joe Louis or Sugar ray Robinson
Mayweather picks his fights and he will not choose someone who can beat him. If he picked someone that moved around like he does there wouldnt be a single punch thrown the entire bout
i should note to those saying Garcia, Mayweather and Garcia have never fought in the same weight class.
Whoever they decide to put in front of him he'll do to them what he did to Canelo. Floyd will fight at this level well into his 40s if he decides and this division in boxing wont be on level ground again until he retires

That light welterweight kid from Philly Danny Garcia looked pretty damn dominant tonight. Maybe Mayweather gets on his level and they fight, although I still feel Floyd would dominate.
