Steve Caballero has been on the Powell skate team since 1978, while he has had other sponsors he has continued to be sponsored by the Powell corporation through the years as it changed from Powell-Peralta to Powell. He also maintained he wheels sponsor through the Powell corporation by riding for Bones wheels.
Jesse Martinez also rode for Dogtown.
