Khan Is an absolute chump.
I know it's not possible but I wish he were fighting Bradley.
Even someone like Danny Garcia would put up a much better fight than A mere con.
It'll be Khan, most definitely at this point.
Nothing has been signed or announced (obviously), but it's basically a sure thing according to everyone involved in the fight.
BTW I hate this fight. Floyd is going to wreck Khan and Khan doesn't deserve this fight AT ALL. Luis Collazo called out Floyd last night, and he is more deserving of the fight at this point.
The only reason this fight is happening is b/c Khan brings that UK money to the table and knows how to promote a fight.
His name is being bandied around since late last year so I would not be surprised if Khan is indeed it. If we go b y the trend he first set in 2013, Floyd will fight at welterweight first then at junior middleweight in his second and last fight of the year. But both of his fights last year were for unification of titles. Khan holds no title at present but I think his prominence with the fans and still impressive credentials will be enough motivation for Floyd to pick him. Co-champions Marcos Maidana and Shawn Porter are still dark horses though. Porter is available and Maidana can easily wriggle his way out of his still unscheduled rematch with Adrien Broner by way of a step aside fee to be able to fight Floyd in the event he is chosen.

It probably will be Khan, but I would love to be surprised by Mayweather announcing a fight with Maidana. Not that Maidana's chances are any better, but he is coming of two wins.
this fight happens bc floyd looks for a certain opponent who cant hurt him, wont give him hardwork yet at the same time will make him look smart inside the ring and give him a huge ppv...low risk high reward type according to him
