Where is the "official" p4p list from? The Ring Magazine?

I've heard a lot about this Seckbach character, but I haven't watched any of his video's, and from the feedback he gets, I don't think I will.

He is the scum of the earth. He slagged off Provo's mother, constanlty talks shlt about Pacquiao and tried to work his reptilian magic on the Macau brawl situation to make Roach look like the villain of the piece. I wish he would slither back up Kobe Bryant's *** soon.
