Honestly, it was the best choice I have ever made. It may be a lot of hard work, but in the end it is ridiculously rewarding and makes you feel great. Your team honestly becomes your team!
I recommend you at least try it, and even though those first few months are sometimes hard, you will have so much fun.
You will not regret it.
(Plus, cheer is generally an all season sport - except summer, obviously, although some teams have practices during the summer. This way, you can stay athletic all year :))
If you did cheer leading, you might look into Parkour? I practice Parkour, I love it! I'm a 16 year old male, I'm adept at Parkour and have been doing it for about a year and a half. Email me any questions. Its really less of a sport, and more of an art. Anyone can start it from basically any age and skill, And the Parkour community is one of the nicest and most helpful/accepting community there are in sports. Its also non competitive. You'll get in great shape as well, Honestly, I really hope your interested. Email me at Dylanminet@yahoo.com if you are!
unless you've done lacross or cheerleading before, i don't think you should do those sports because it involves skill that you get from starting to play at a young age. I suggest you do a sport like track because it's simple. all you have to do is run
Why not do both? :)
But if you can only do one of them I would suggest cheerleading, because I think it is really fun and you get really strong from it, ect. :)
Gymnastics! it keeps you in shape and you will build some serious muscle over the years
cheerleading
lacrosse or cheerleading
(and YES cheerleading IS a sport, youre all entitled to your opinion but keep it to yourself thanks!)
or any other suggestions
i honestly just want to get in shape(im not fat though.. haha) and so something fun so im open to suggestions!
im 15 and a girl if that helps?
