They never fought, but it would've been nice to see them fight. Floyd would've likely won because while Trinidad was a pretty skilled fighter, he always had problems against other highly technical fighters (De La Hoya, Hopkins, Wright, and Jones).
As others have said, they never faced each other. Are you possibly thinking about a similar fight, for example Trinidad v Whittaker?
When Felix was a welterweight, Floyd was at lower weights. Felix moved up before Floyd could fight him. Would've been good if both were at same weight at the same time.
