You can wear a monokini.
You can wear a bikini with short shorts and a see through top.
Leave the the short shorts open at the front to show your bikini bottom.
You can wear a microkini or a bikini bottom and a white t shirt no bikini top.
The other thing to make people look is to wear a dress and heels and then go into the pool still in the dress and heels.
It is up to you and who will be there as to the look you want to have.
A does have a point with possibly a white mini dress or short skirt and white cropped top.
Get a bathing suit that makes you look great. After that just accessories with that. Board shorts for girls are very girly and good cover up and maybe a tank top along with some cool shades. I would only go with lipstick/chapstick since makeup will run or wash off with the water. Hair, I would say if it is long, where it up, maybe a French braid or side ponytail.

If you hair is curly straighten it
If your hair is straight curl it

Well wear a bathing suit that you like and look good in obviously with a coverup and flip flops, make sure your shaved everywhere and have your nails and toenails painted, straighten or loosely curl your hair and make sure you have a little tan. Don't overdue the makeup cause then you'll look like you tried too hard just some concealer over your problem areas and powder, maybe a little bronzer for a glow and Chapstick, some waterproof mascara and that's all you'll need

Wear ur bathing suit under ur clothes. year booty shorts and a take. orr you can wear a nice summer dress with some cute sandles. as for make up. try to look natural and flawless as possible. for eyeshadow, use 2 shades darker than ur skin color. some mascara, and and blush. for ur hair, leave it down. or in a cute messy bun. good luck!!
