Lasagna, Garlic bread and Salad.
This is very easy because the lasagna can be made the day before and then just reheated for the party.
The salad can be made ahead and kept in the fridge and the same with the garlic bread.
Last minute all you have to do is toss the salad and toast the garlic bread and take the lasagna out of the oven.
A BBQ is always great and appeals to everyone! You can even make it a little more formal by adding a few salads which can be pre-made and a potato-bake with a side of garlic bread. Lots of variety and all full of flavour!
