Go to a movie.
Not many of my friends have parties, but the last nice one was in october at a Spa followed by dinner at a restaurant. We could choose two from hair styling, a manicure, a pedicure or a facial. It was a little dear but they negotiated prices with the spa. The previous year we went to the cinema and then went to pizza express, that was really fun too :). If spa is a little out of your price range, you could have a sleep over, or a spa day at your own house and do beauty treatments on each other. Many travelling beauty therapists will offer a service where they come to your house which is a little cheaper than going to a spa.
Well if you wanted something in the day time you could go to the beach or a water park. You could also go out of town or on a cruise. Or you could throw a small party with music get food play truth or dare. Or go to adventure landing.
