Also, games like Truth Or Dare, Wink Murder and Hide And Seek are still fun. Get some cool music. A mixture of modern and any artists you like is good because you might find people with similar music taste!
The cemetery could be fun for spooky stories. The day of your party, go around the cemetery and right down a few random names that you see on gravestones. The older the better, because you can create creepy life stories for the names!
Hope I helped!
First, definitely plan on learning some real scary ghost stories to tell for later in the night, perhaps just after or even right before visiting the cemetery around the block.

Also here are a few cool ideas to get you started:
At this bonfire, try to have a few activities ready to keep everyone warm. Try getting some sparklers or even glow sticks and glow necklaces to pass out to everyone. Have some cool music to listen to when things are too quiet. And of course you need treats and marshmallows for roasting and making s'mores. A little hot chocolate with cinnamon or chilli pepper powder (hot stuff). Most important have a great time!
deff some music, they have cheap volleyball nets at walmart and some cornhole ! you can never be to old for smores and hot dogs!
I'm planning on having a bonfire at my house either before school starts (Sep. 4) or the weekend after so I can kick off the new school year and get to know my peers a little better. I'm going to be a junior and my parents will be watching us the whole time.. I don't want to plan any childish games but I've never had a bonfire before and I don't know what to do. There will probably be about 10-15 teens there. My backyard isn't real huge but big enough for a small party. I also live a block around a cemetery so maybe we could go play games there. Ideas please!!
