What to bring for breakfast potluck?

If you go to COSTCO's or SAM'S CLUB and buy a full box of breakfast wraps with eggs, sausages and cheeses inside a pastry wraps, or you can make your own and since its a potluck, there should be microwaves nearby to make it perfect. If you make your own, just remember to fold them inward so when eating them, it does'nt fall out the back while holding them in you hands. Mike

Make pancakes, they will keep.

I wouldn't risk scrambled eggs but try boiled eggs and keep them in their shell.

Cook some sausages and bring some wraps.

The problem is I have a class at 9-10:20 then at 10:30 I have the class that we are having a potluck so I am not sure if I can bring bacon or scrambled eggs due to the fact that they will have to sit in my car for an hour and a half. So what can I bring? People are already bringing napkins, plates, cups, sweet bread, orange juice, apple juice, fruit. I wanted to bring donuts but someone is already bringing sweet bread and some classmates said they want actual food. Could I bring a container filled with scrambled eggs? Can they sit inside my car for an hour and a half?
