soccer! it takes speed and extreme hand-eye coordinate. you've gotta be fast and strong. And able to control something with your feet, which is awkward for most people. So, soccer definitely takes the best, most well-rounded athlete. Not to mention, the conditioning
All star cheerleading. Look. It up before making comments. You'd be amazed at what we have to do (:
Swimming. There is no other sport that demands as much training or has better conditioned athletes..
i would say 100m sprinting
this debate still goes on even though it should be obvious. baseball players are fat and dont even sweat barely. football is 6 second plays at a time and hockey shifts are afew mins. however my proof is that no one has ever had a drug or alcohol problem in soccor or basketball and was able to play . thats it .. still wanna debate it? try.
keep in mind. chris mullins took time off and rodman wasn't an alcohholic he partied sometimes.
