There are many sports which require a lot of gym work to get your body and muscles in shape.
Of course with a great deal of gym work gymnastics may be worth considering.
If you want to do a sport which also includes water I would suggest Triathlon.
This involves swimming, cycling and running.
All these disciplines will need a great deal of work in the gym. too.
Poseidon
Triathletes training and competing use a combination of water and gym workouts so this could be an avenue you could pursue.
Kayaking/Canoeing
waterpolo, or just straight join a swim team.
I want to take up a new spot, But I'm not sure what to do? I'm looking for a sport that is ideally 50% water, and 50% gym training? Or if not just a sport which involves alot of gym work.. can anyone help?
P.s I'm young so I can try anything!
