Put rice, canned fish, and vegetables in rice cooker. When done cooking, eat with soy sauce.
grill a chicken breast and put it on a whole wheat bun :D with a leaf of lettuce and a slice of tomato:D it's really good!!!
I make a salad with various leaf lettuces and thin slices of a sweet onion an avocado sliced, a hard boiled egg sliced, tomato either sliced or grape tomatoes, if I have them marinated Greek or Italian olives but not to many because the salt is no healthy, some slices of cucumber or baby cucumbers, and Feta cheese crumbled on top. If you want to you can add crab meat, or chicken or some kind of fish but most of the time I don't. As a second course some fruit sliced up with Greek Yogurt. For a dressing I sometimes use Balsamic vinegar and light olive oil or a Ranch dressing. Ranch dressing is just butter milk mixed with mayonnaise to the desired thickness then add chives or the ends of green onions chopped up. I will include a picture of one of th4ese without the dressing. I didn't have the marinated olives so I just used the stuffed olives.
