Coconut Ice is so simple but full of flavour, easy to carry around and is always very popular!
If you have the demonstrable abilities, and are able to stand up for your actually abilities, then do some research and find the most economical ingredients out there, and by ALL MEANS...ASK QUESTIONS OF PEOPLE YOU WILL BE FEEDING IT TO.....OF COURSE.........Paul G.

I have a shared lunch at school on Monday and I'm quite a good cook (not meaning to sound arrogant, but I am), and I wanted to serve something slightly fancier and simpler, so nothing over-the-top or anything. Obviously, I also need to be able to carry it to, from and around school. I was thinking either Mini Quiche Lorraine, Devilled Eggs, Tiramisu, Profiteroles with Chantilly Cream and Chocolate or Crepes with White Chocolate and Strawberries. The first two are savoury and the last three are sweet. There will be a microwave, so if I did the Crepes, I could take sliced strawberries and just melt the chocolate there, then lay the strawberries on the Crepes, and for the profiteroles, I would take a jug of chocolate sauce and people could pour it over the profiteroles on their plates. What should I make? None of these are too "over-the-top", are they? Thanks in advance.
