A light shot you don't see coming hurts a whole lot more than a powerfull shot you do see coming. If you get hit with a kidney shot you don't see coming its game over.

Have u ever been punched right on the bridge of the nose... That stings pretty bad n so does getting punched on your mouth. Uppercuts are the weakest punches compared to straights and hooks, but they do a lot of damage in terms of making your opponent feel dizzy. I know first hand from experience

Body shots, especially to the ribs and the liver, sting very badly.

Nose

Right to the centre of the abs. I can shrug off anything to my side ribs or obliques, but for me, the centre of the abs sucks.

Kidney is not fun.

kidney, liver, and throat...(I don't box, but idk if it's illegal to do that, but it wouldn't feel good.)

I've been boxing for about 2 years now and I'm starting to get into sparring a lot and competitions and just out of curiosity, I was wondering where it hurts the most to get punched. I've heard liver is the worst and I've experienced how bad a clavicle shot hurts, but which punch hurts the most overall? (No nut shots) Thanks!
