I would drop the potato salad and stick with finger foods and offfer toothpick munchies. Sausage Balls are good depending on how many people and what age. Sweedish Meatballs, if you can make them good. Finger sandwiches with any coldcuts. Use small plates, preferably disposable. Have fun.

We are having a party for my daughters birthday we have allot of people coming and so far have 2 6ft party subs, chips , fruit, and potatoe salad...we have done fried chicken from local market s in the past & have been to many partys with the same , what are some meat ideas i can make that would go good , ribs??
