What do you think of coed locker rooms?

If this is in the USA, I don't believe a word of it. It is not only ridiculous to ask girls to dress with boys, but softball is a traditional girls sport and there should be no shortage of dressing facilities for girls anywhere you go. And if not, then you're looking at a major Federal Title IX violation. "Provision of locker rooms" is specifically mentioned in Title IX. If what you describe is true, you girls have been duped but good by either the guys or the coaches. You do not have to dress with the guys to be "part of the team." You should speak up, and when you do mention Title IX and then watch anyone in authority crap their pants on the spot.

As I am a high school boy this sounds like a dream come true. However I am a little more mature than my peers. I think it really depends on the maturity of the guys on your team

A locker room in which girls get naked and guys can watch. Sounds like a friggin dream come true. Every guys horny dream right there

Carnally speaking, it's a smashing idea.

I was selected to a really elite softball team of mainly guys. When we travel (not overnight, bus rides) a lot of times we will have to change in a single locker room, or a bathroom, or on the bus. We will also be sharing the bathroom with the guys. It is not like they have space available but are not letting us use it. The facilities are very limited, and were designed for a time when males only played the sport. They have a girl's bathroom, but the other girl on the team said she changed with the guys by the end of the season. She said she liked being with the team after the game. It was part of being on the team.

I know this from the other girl on the team. They told me that they were at first a little shy, but the guys didn't mind being naked around them. After a while they didn't mind changing underwear with the guys there.

I am a modest dresser (except a bikini at the beach), but by no means a prude. This is a really selective team, and to be on it is what I want.

Does anyone have any similar experiences? Thanks.

(I also posted this somewhere else on Yahoo, but someone suggested it was really a sports question).
