Your overall fitness levels must be matched by your mental strength.
You can't go past boxing as the sport requiring the greatest all round levels of fitness. Aerobic endurance, strength, power, speed, agility and flexibility are all extremely important for success in boxing.
well of course you have to be very fit think about it boxers fight 12 rounds of 3 mintues duration but more importantly you have to work on your boxing skills that is the most important attribute a fighter must have the fitness requirements are like the engine to keep you going but your boxing skills are what makes you a great boxer or not. think of it like this most elite fighters have great fitness so do average fighters what seperates the elite fighters from the average fighters is not the fitness it is the boxing skills
You gotta have good endurance and stamina and be able to run long distances. If not you'll be a terrible boxer. Then overall be dedicated if you wanna be good.
gotta be fit and willing to train/dedicate yourself....no specific requirements....just apply and pass medical...bingo.
Sleeping and jumping : )
Just wondering.
