Any suggestions on food, small games, and music?

Everyone can be involved In making tropical themed pizzas

Have a tropical cookout

Have a tropical Dance party

Have a tropical ice cream making party

The ideas are endless! Just have fun!

Okay for food you can do something like hawaiian pizza, hawaiian black bean burgers and then you want to try and have some dips like pineapple mango salsa, regular black bean salsa, lime tortilla chips and pita bread for dipping. You can also do some of the usual party foods that kids love just in case there are some who won't dig that. A party platter of fresh fruit and your own homemade concocted tropical drinks. You can go to a party supply store and get martini plastic glasses in a bag for like 6 or 7 dollars and it will be about 50-100. depends on where you go. You make the punch out of various fruit juices...mango, orange, pineapple...add some kiwi slices and for ornamentation and serve on shaved ice. Have some bottled water handy also. Designate someone to be the "bartender" and serve up the drinks. Have the bartender to add a sugared rim and some shaved coconut to the beverages for each person they serve.

Games, well they are fifteen so you can do something like a limbo contest. Hula dances. Possibly learn some reggae dance moves and get everyone moving to reggae or island/caribbean music. Give everyone a leah to put on and tell everyone to dress in linen and island apparel. You don't have to work too hard. With music, it can be instrumental jams that are tropical. Either danceable or something relaxing but not too boring where you can't have fun or a combination of both. Get them hyped up in the beginning and let them go loose and kind of mellow it down when you want everyone to come together and eat/mingle.
