The reason I picked Oscar De La Hoya as number 1 is the fact he always close the show very well, except for Trinidad fight where he ran like an @ss and Pacquiao where he quit on his stool. But, look all of his other fights. He close the show well against Whitaker, CaMacho, etc.
And most importantly watch Quartey fight. He closed the show spectacularly with a 12 round Knockdown over Quartey and almost finished him off with flurries of punches. Many believed DLH was behind going into the final round, but he managed to score a KD which obviously affect the scorecard and this shows how much of a a warrior DLH is, the fact he wanted the win so badly.
Also watch Vargas fight, where he was also behind in the scorecard. DLH scored knockdown and later TKO victory in Round 11. And later Mayweather fight, DLH put on amazing round 12, despite losing, he still tried to win this fight badly by having a great round 12.
And I picked Mayweather as No 2, the fact he worked and trained very hard for this sport, and he really loved this sport.
