Throwing a party at an empty house.?

By you and your friends being in the house illegally, the police will have probable cause to believe that a crime has been committed, and they certainly CAN and WILL enter the house, genius. Maybe once you graduate law school, you will know what the law actually says. You, and all your friends, can be arrested for breaking and entering, underage drinking, unlawful trespass, and any number of other CRIMINAL charges. Anyone who is 18 is considered an adult, for the purposes of criminal prosecution, and you could spend some time in big boy's jail, where the more hardened cons will be glad to show you what happens to young, know it all kids in jail. Have fun!

Theoretically speaking, lets say i threw a party at an empty house, one that is for sale. There is alcohol involved, and possibly some underage drinking, me being one of them as i am 18. Someone calls the cops because of a noise disturbance, they come and I go outside to talk to them. I know they can't come inside without consent. Will the cops know the house doesn't belong to me? I don't want any lectures, I know its tresspassing and illegal just skip straight to the important stuff please.

Of course the cops will know it doesn't belong to you. Whichever neighbour reported the noise will know whether someone lives there or not. The owners may have asked the police to keep an eye on the place for them.

SKETCH !! Is it in a neighborhood ? If its in the middle of nowhere then go for it ! But if its in a neighborhood don't do it, waay to many charges from the 5O that WILL come if theres other houses around

YOLO DO IT!!!! Drugs, Beer, sex!!!!!! LETS PARTY!!!! NOW NOW NOW
