what if you had a paris themed tea party? Everyone has to dress up and you could have at a tea parlor or a hotel that does morning tea. it is so much and the tea lace does all the planning but its not overly expensive. everyone will remember it forever

You could rent a small venue or a spot in a park and you do any theme from there

I want this to be super special, but one problem, my birthday is September 1st. All the pools are closed, and everyone is getting back from vacations, so it really needs to be awesome. Price doesn't really matter, and I'll share some of my ideas with you so far:





Considering:



+Hawaiian/ Luau party -Probably cant though because pools are closed, and its getting colder



+Outdoor movie theater -if its cold and raining this wont work



+Circus or Safari theme? -Dont really like this, but...



+Ocean/ beach theme- I have a small yard, and don't live near an ocean...



+New York/ Paris theme- I like these, but not sure what to do about them...





Themes I will not consider-



Black light dance- been done a thousand times



Slumber party-Been done a thousand times/ boring



Cinderella/barbie



Cowboy



Neon



Fashion party/ Spa party



Shopping- planning on having about 10 people come, no transportation.





I want this to be perfect. I'm really liking the Paris theme and the ocean theme (beach ball invitations?!), but I'm not sure how to do it.





I want your opinions and ideas, what do you think the best party ever would be? What would a memorable and a party you would enjoy be? I need themes(: Outdoor movie would be fun, but I already know someone who is using that theme soon.
