Heyy i'm a Teenage Girl , and these are some of the great party ideas I had in mind:
1. Spa Day.
You could do this at home!
Have your girls bring nailpolish, facials, cream, straighteners, makeup etc...
Every girl washes their face, than applies a facial. Then you guys can put on Cucumbers on your eyelids. Give each other manicures. Do each other's hair and makeup. Take Pictures!!
It'll be soooo much fun :D
2. BBQ Party.
This one speaks for itself. Have an adult crank up the BBQ and have your party outside. It would be very fun, especially if it's a good weather.
3. Normal Party.
Just order some pizza, and buy/make a cake. Then when your friends come over do small little games with them. Play truth or dare. Hot Potato. Pin the tail. Stalk People on Facebook. LOL whatever it is you guys want to do. Then eat. At last open the presents.
4. Dance Party.
I don't know how you would pull this off at home, but it's worth a shot! Have a room in the basement where everything is cleared out. Make sure it's a large space. Have some nightlights or candles glowing. Play some music on an iPod, Stereo, etc...
5. Cooking Party.
This one is actually pretty fun. Print out a bunch of delicious recipes, and go downstairs in your basement for privacy. Or just go wherever an oven is. Then you and your friends can make the recipe together. Pick a great recipe like Cheesecake, Pizza, Double Chocolate Fudge Brownies, Homemade Frozen Yogurt/Icecream, Smoothies, Lemon Bars, Granola Bars, Cookies, Lasagna, Macaroni and Cheese. Make a couple of things you guys like. Trust me your friends will love this idea. It would be sooooo much fun! Who doesn't love cooking? Then at the end, give the leftovers to your friends :) Make sure to let them do everything, except taste testing ;)

If you're an ordinary quite teen girl, no fancy. No disco, no heat. Why not have a Garden Feast? Cook up your favorite meals, BBQ, sweet popsicles, fondue, Dance along with the smooth beat of the moonlight, have fun, prop up apple pickling games, eye to eye dance, singing and dancing in smooth melody, too quiet..book station period.
A garden feast, exclusive glam Eclique, disco addicts, or beach heats surfers, any of your choice would be the most Glamourous birthday party! Don't forget, have a gift of love. Show friendship. Just enjoy and have the best and have the fun!
Teenage partyies are always hard but 18 year old decided to have a cockroach party! ;)
Sounds ridiculous but it was SO MUCH FUN!!!!! My husband is an exterminator so he started with a presentation on the different kind of bugs! My daughter and her friends were thrilled!!!!
And then we made cockroach delights :) YUMMMMMM
Put on a play....for her invitations, send each person a script for the selected play....and they have until the party to to learn their parts and get a costume....at the party, you put on the play....(it sounds stupid but it's AMAZING)
Poker party? Lady gaga contest party? Dice? "Bunko"?

-doing make up
