for mine I had a bowling party and after that 1 hour of the hummer :) and then probs loud music like hire a music jukebox with a smoke machine :)
if u are concerned about the neighbours, just write them a warning saying there will be loud music, any concerns just ring this number (home number and mobile)
and the theme could be something crazy, or 90s style etc :)

I didn't have a sweet 16 so I'm going to have a sweet 17. It's not going to be really big just 30 people at my house. What should the theme be. (By the way my birthday isn't until January so I have plenty of time to think about it.)
