Decorate with records or music notes & have some dancing if boys will attend. maybe see if there are any movies like Pretty in Pink out there that give you some party ideas.
I would ask your cousin what her theme is going to be. Just say you are planning your party and don't want to have the same theme as her. See what she has chosen and then go from there!
