I'm having a party of 80-100 people and I've decided to just have a pizza Buffet.

Any pizza ideas??? Different types???? Recipes??? Please help me.

Unless you own a pizza oven I would rethink this great idea of yours. Order 4 cheese, 4 pepperoni and cheese, 4 ham and pineapple, 4 veggie combo and 4 meat combo. Make a cake.

You cannot cook enough pizza fast enough to provide pizza for 80 people, so you will need to oder them. The good news is you might be able to get a discount for ordering so many. Make sure you get this planned in advance -- you can just order 80 pizzas to be delivered in 30 minutes.

In terms of choices, the down side is the more options you offer, the more you will need to buy -- you can't get just one chicken pesto; you need enough that lots of people can try it. So.... consider the most popular in your group (veggie, supreme, ham& pineapple, pepperoni?) and also pick at least one that is a little different that you think lots of kids will enjoy (buffalo chicken, pesto, Greek, BLT?). As long as it is fresh and hot, it should be fine. The food is just the backdrop to your party.

If you are going to continue the pizza theme for dessert, look into cookie pizzas.

I agree with lol, but don't forget a couple of dessert pizzas, as well as either bread sticks or cheesy sticks. Also have a couple of dipping sauces available especially for those who like to dip their crust. To save on money and keep it sanitary, put the dips in bowls and add a spoon. That way they know to put it on their plates.

i would have this at a Pizza ranch as they have an amazing variety of pizza and they even have desert pizzas and you can even order specific types of pizza if you know they menu well enough

You should get around 20 pizzas. all with different flavors.
