Even a properly fitted compression bra will still allow your ladies (lol) to wiggle and jiggle just a bit. Don't sweat it (omg, no pun intended!).
If you are worried about people looking wear a loose t shirt.
ya its normal for your boobs to have some movement when wearing a sports bra. even with the most supportive sports bras. im a 36 c and im skinny. when i wear a sports bra whether a normal simple basic one or a supportive one. my boobs still move a bit.
it's like this: you get what you pay for. if you buy a cute, cheap one, they'll jiggle. if you buy a more expensive heavy duty one, there will be much less movement.
I mean It is a thin layer of cloth sooo....yah. Its not like they are srapped down thight or anything.
Is it normal for your breasts in the sport bra to at least jiggle a bit? Not a lot but a bit?
