If you enjoy skating then do it. Me and my friends were once in your same situation with places to skate. We didn't have anywhere to go! You have to be creative. If it takes setting up a few rails in your driveway and a halfpipe in your backyard, it's not that hard to do. Once you learn tricks you will be hooked. Have fun!!!

Dude. Skate. Once you learn more tricks then buy a rail or a funbox. Save up to build a half pipe or another setup. I live in Iowa and have the same problem. So now I ended up with two kickers a funbox a manny pad and two rails. And I'm a sponsored skate videographer

skate if you like skating it will payoff one day but don't risk yourself by skating in the road.

I i used to skate but stopped for a couple months. I wanna get back into it again but the problem is, I live in south Carolina. I live in a neighborhood with no sidewalks, just road. I also have a drive way ( of course ) and they recently paved road up the hill. When I learn how to kickflip and other tricks will it be fun even with barely no spots to gap? I have a tiny tiny TINY ramp as well and a place to grind. Is it worth skating again? Also there are no skateparks near me.
