Should I do cheerleading?

I'm letting you know right now that all star cheerleading (which I'm assuming that's what you'd want to do since you asked what level you would be) is almost always a couple thousand dollars a year.

I would say level 2, maybe 3.

Call gyms near you to see if they would let you tryout still since most had them a month ago.

Well yeah I LOVEEE dancing and gymnastics ever since I was 3 I have been taking gymnastics im 14 today and currently a level 10 gymnast with a little help from cheer leading. I'm currently in gymnastics and cheer leading. A school cheerleader's job is to promote school spirit and lead the crowd in cheers at school sporting events (usually football and basketball). During the games, you'll stand in front of the crowd and do chants, jumps, stunts and tumbling in order to help get the crowd pumped up. During halftime, you might perform a cheer or dance out on the field/court to entertain the crowd. School cheerleaders also organize and perform at pep rallies, make spirit posters to decorate the school, perform in parades and other community events. Some school cheer teams go to competitions as well (see below). Here's a video of some cheerleaders at a high school football game: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cxy7HPv_P...

Well Cheerleading is a great sport. But it's a lot of work. You have to have high agility, speed, balance, and strength. And the coaches are hard on you sometimes. But it's worth it. I think you should do Cheerleading. I did it, and it was fun an educational. An you get to be with your friends. You should do it.

Cheerleading isn't going to be much cheaper, unless you do sideline cheer at your school for the games.

I am a level 5 gymnast but I have to quit do to to the cost. I think I will take up cheerleading because it combines gymnastics and dancing which I both love! Also what level could I be? For tumbling I can do

Front tuck tumble track

3 splits

Standing back tuck tumble track

Bhs

Ro double bhs

Front handspring

Leaps

And more but since I can do a

Bhs and fhs I can obviously do a back and front walkover.

Thank you!
