In the fight against Rios ,i notice how every time Pacqiao lunged inside ,he did it throwing a left hand followed with a right hand ,Mayweather would be able to capitalize by timing that down with a hard straight right punch ,as a result making Pacquiao apprehensive about doing it again ,as a result ,neutralizing Pacquiao's onslaught.
The way i see it.
I don`t agree that Floyd is quicker than Manny, and even if he is, Zab Judah`s speed and power made Floyd uncomfortable the first two rounds, as did Mosley. Only problem was that Judah is dumb and Mosley stopped fighting after hurting floyd in the 2nd round. Pac isn`t known to have either problem, so he can definitely do better against floyd than those two guys did. I also give an edge to Floyd, but Pac can definitely beat him inside of 4-5 rounds.
Doesn't matter what Roach says. Pacquiao can't beat Floyd Mayweather Jr. & I actually dislike Floyd.
Pacquiao looks bad against boxers, especially those who can counter (Look at the Marquez series)
That's Floyd's forte. Floyd would be catching Pacquiao with his right hand all night.
Mayweather would make "Easy Work" of Pacquiao.
Oh god here we go again.
Doesn't really matter if he knows what he is talking about or not, because Floyd will never fight Pacquiao. People can hype up Pacquiao, say this and that. They can do that, in fact anyone can do that, why? CUZ FLOYD WILL NEVER FIGHT PACQUIAO.
Floyd has too much to loose if he looses the fight against Pacquiao. Look at what happened to Pacquiao after he got knocked out by Marquez. People showed remorse and now that Pacquiao is accepting his loss, more people respect him now more than before. Its the complete opposite if Floyd looses.
I don't believe he is scared of fighting Pacquiao, but i do strongly believe that he is scared to loose. Cuz of he does loose, he'll loose not only his marketability, but also almost everything else. Unless Floyd mans up and accepts the fight against Pacquiao, then yes we can all agree that Floyd wins the fight.
But if Floyd keeps on avoiding Pacquiao, Pacquiao has the win cuz he didn't never backed out. Floyd did. The win is not technically a win but if you can back someone out of a fight, you've won. Time and time again, history PROVES that if you're opponent backs out of a fight (or shows that he doesn't want to fight like: makes outrageous demands) that you have won and he has lost. And like what Floyd uses to say, a win is a win.
So jokes on you flomos, haha!
Alex has a point.
The only reason Floyd isn't taking the biggest money fight of all time just yet, is because there is an off-chance that Manny can put him on the ground within the first few rounds.
Not a fan of Floyd but Pac cannot beat Mayweather. Why? An excellent counterpuncher in Marquez outboxed him in every fight and he was robbed. Pac couldn't beat him without controversy. Mayweather is a master pot shot fighter with great counter punching ability as well but faster and more agile and reflexes. Mayweather would be a nightmare.
Sadly, Freddie Roach is fading fast from Parkinson's
Judah was fast. Mosley was fast. Speed won't beat Floyd.
Many people here says that Floyd can easily beat pacquiao but why does he don't pacquiao.. Scared?
That's the problem with Roach and Bob, they always exaggerate.
Does Freddie not know that speed is relative? Manny looked very very quick against a plodder and almost stationary target as Rios as he did against Diaz, Clottey, Margarito and Mosley before. Who had Manny fought before who was as quick or quicker in his feet and hands? We have to go back to his flyweight days against the likes of Chatchai Sasakul. At heavier weights, Arum has successfully steered him clear against slick fighters. To this day. What is Roach talking about!
pacquiao is a slow ****.
My d1ck is faster
