Both were big, strong and tough heavyweights in their prime but Bruno did not know how to fight, especially how to defend himself. If physique were only the criteria for winning the heavyweight championship, Bruno with his well muscled and chiseled, statuesque body would have been among the front runners. But Bruno just did not know how to use that physical gift to his advantage in both offense and defense. I have never seen such a brawny, muscular man being mauled by smaller or less physically gifted adversaries as Tyson and even by the often out of shape Tim Witherspoon!

I'd say razor ruddock because he put up a better fight against Tyson. Bruno was a disaster in his fight against tyson
I could see either one winning in spectacular fashion, but, at least Frank made it to a title.In addition, he also made his fight with Lennox Lewis up for grabs before being stopped. I think Frank takes a close UD over Razor in a war.
as a bruno fan, i'd love to say big frank for sure. but i say it's either bruno before the 6th round or razor late.
