Question about standing back tuck?

I have the same problem I land quite close to the ground, I found the rule of jump up then tuck and not tuck right after you jump. It helps you first gain height before you rotate. I tried it and it helped but it is pretty scary and once I didnt spin/tuck hard enough and landed even worse. I would think it is normal and after some practice it will be forgotten about. Hope you do well

Fake it until you make it! Keep trying and you will eventually get it!

when you land throw your chest up your not keeping/ putting your chest up fast enough so as soon as you make it almost to your feet stand up

the only safe thing to do is get a real coach not just learn off the internet

well, practice makes perfect!! i think that the whole idea of the trampoline (even if ur not bouncing) mite b throwing u off. just bc of the fact that u may not realize it, but ur body knows that it has something softer 2 land on instead of ground. these r just normal instincts, haha!! and, once again, if u keep trying, im sure that ull get it soon!

I'm a cheerleader and I have a solid round-off back handspring tuck. Recently I've been trying standing back tucks on my trampoline (without bouncing) and they're perfect. When I try to do them on the ground, they usually land short and I have to run forward to keep from putting my hands down. Is the trampoline messing me up? Or do is this normal, and the landing will fix itself with practice?
